Margaret Brannon, BSN, RN, IBCLC

Margaret is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) whose passion has always been to serve those she comes in contact with.

After graduating from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2014), she began working as a floor nurse on a postpartum unit. It was there that her career became her calling. The experience of being alongside a mother as they welcome their newborn into the world is unlike anything else.

Seeing the firsthand feeding struggles of new moms hit home for Margaret when she had her first child in 2018. The challenges she experienced herself led her to change her path from being a floor nurse to pursuing lactation consulting full-time in 2019. This pursuit allowed her to be better equipped with the knowledge to truly educate. From there she pursued and completed her IBCLC (2020) and her Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty Training (TOTS) in 2021.

Margaret is a coach at heart (you could say it's born out of all the years she played volleyball). This coaching mentality helps her to always see the best in all situations. She lives in Greenville, SC with her husband and two children. You can often times catch them on the Swamp Rabbitt Trail or at Ice Cream Station in Simpsonville.
