Allie is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She recently completed Gold Lactation: Tongue Tie Symposium and Dr. Ghaheri’s: Untying Ankyloglossia Trainings (2023). She has also completed the Craniosacral Facial Therapy (CFT) course by Gillespie Approach (2023). Her additional trainings have given her unique tools to support Nourish clients.

Allie was born and raised in the Upstate SC area. She moved to Savannah, GA and studied Sound Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. In 2016, she and her husband moved back home to Greenville and their family grew by the addition of their son, Walter. She currently owns her own business, Jewelry by Julia Porter, and has been featured in numerous shops and magazines in the Greenville area.

Allie chose to purse her IBCLC certification after numerous challenges in her own breastfeeding journey. She is still proudly a breastfeeding mom and aspires to educate and empower women to reach their infant feeding goals. Allie currently resides in Piedmont, SC with her husband Greg and their 3-year old son Walter.
